FAQ and Enquiries

  1. How will successful registrations be confirmed?
    Confirmation notice will be shared via email to successfully registered participants prior to the event, participants are required to present the confirmation notice for admission.
     
  2. What are the arrangements under adverse weather?
    • Three hours prior to the activity, if a Black Rainstorm Warning/ a No. 8 typhoon or above is hoisted or is considered to be issued by the Hong Kong Observatory, regardless of the cancelling time of the signals, the event will be cancelled and the organisers will inform participants of the related arrangement;
    • When the activity is in progress, if a Black Rainstorm Warning/ a No. 8 typhoon or above is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory, all outdoor activities will be suspended immediately, the organisers will make a judgement based on actual situation to continue the activity under a safe environment;
    • Two hours prior to the activity or when the activity is in progress, if an Amber/ Red Rainstorm Warning, a Thunderstorm Warning or a No. 3 typhoon is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory, the organisers will make a judgement based on actual situation to continue the activity under a safe environment;
    • In other adverse weather conditions, the organisers will put the participants’ safety as the first priority and will make a judgement based on actual situation to continue the activity under a safe environment.
       
  3. What are the special arrangement in response to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)?
    • All participants are required to wear masks at all times and comply with the ‘Vaccine Pass’ arrangements as well as other requirements under Cap.599F;
    • All visitors entering the event venue must undergo a temperature check. Visitors with a body temperature exceeding 37.5℃ will be refused entry; 
    • Please contact the organisers via email or call of any absence.
